  • All homes/apartments are smoke free unless authorized in writing.

  • Many of our homes/apartments are pet friendly!

  • Forms of payment accepted:

    • ACH (Automatic Withdrawal, recommended)

    • Personal Check

    • Credit or Debit (in office or online)

    • Money Orders

  • Curious what your utilities will cost for your selected home/apartment? These companies take the last 12 months of bills, and will provide and estimated amount for your convenience.

  • We consider each applicant’s criminal background thoroughly before approval or denial. The following list will give you an idea of what we look for on your background check.

    • Criminal convictions that present a risk to other residents’ safety or property

    • Nature and severity of an individual’s conviction

    • Amount of time that has passed since the criminal conduct occurred

    • Illegal manufacturing or distribution of a controlled substance

  • The chart below will give you and us a good indication of your payment history.

Start the process

  • You can search through our apartment and home rentals with the provided links, or stop by our office and pick up a rental list. We suggest driving by potential listing to be sure you like the area and school districts.

  • Set up an appointment to view our listings, you can do so by contacting our office at 563.556.1414

  • Once you have found the property of your choice, stop by our office to fill out an application or visit our Apply page. Once completed, stop by the office or email it to: inquire@locatorsdbq.com.

  • The following are required when submitting an application:

    1. The required security deposit for your desired property

    1. A $25 processing fee for each applicant over 18 years old.

    2. Names and phone numbers of at least two past/present landlords

    3. Names and phone numbers of two personal references

    4. A valid photo ID (drivers license, etc.)

    If you make an appointment with us, please be considerate should your plans change, we will be glad to reschedule.

    Processing time varies. We strive to process all applications between 48-72 hours.

    Your deposit will be returned if your application is not approved by owner/manager, (less $25.00 processing fee) per applicant.
